Christian and I went to check out the Old New Orleans Rum Distillery today. It turned out to be the perfect afternoon cocktail of art and booze: James Michalopoulos, one of New Orleans’ best known artists (a personal favorite I should add) owns the distillery. His artwork is displayed in each bottle though you have to drink it to see it! Christian and I both agreed that the Cajun Spice rum won our fancy, hands down. Nice blend of sugar, spice and everything nice.
